Provincial Court is not Supreme Court

These pages are specifically about BC Provincial Court family forms. Provincial Court handles matters such as parenting arrangements, child support, contact, guardianship and spousal support under its jurisdiction. Divorce and ordinary division of family property are different and generally involve BC Supreme Court.
